What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter shows you the 10 most recent tenders — good to try the platform. Pro shows all 89+ active tenders with full PDF details, advanced filters, and everything else. Most serious suppliers choose Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no notice period. Cancel anytime from your account or email us at info@steeldesk.in. Your access continues till the end of the billing month.
How often is the tender data updated?
Our engine checks the GEM portal every 4 hours — 6 times a day. New bids appear within hours of posting. Expired tenders are removed automatically.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major Indian payment methods via Razorpay — UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, Wallets. GST invoice available on request.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all our tools (Calculator, WPS+PQR, Quote Generator) are completely free forever. The tender listing shows a limited preview. Subscribe to see all active tenders.
