We want you to be satisfied with SteelDesk.in. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Quick summary: Try free tools first. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime (no future billing). Single-document purchases are non-refundable once downloaded. 7-day refund window for accidental subscription charges.

Our free tools (Calculator, basic Quote Generator, free WPS template) require NO payment. No refund applies.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@steeldesk.in with subject: "Refund Request - [Transaction ID]"
  2. Include:
    • Razorpay transaction ID
    • Date of charge
    • Amount
    • Reason for refund
  3. We respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days via Razorpay to original payment method

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us BEFORE initiating a chargeback through your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and recovery of fees through Razorpay's chargeback fees.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges.

8. GST & Taxes

All refunds are processed inclusive of applicable GST. The GST component is also refunded as per Indian tax law.

9. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please escalate to info@steeldesk.in with subject "Refund Dispute". We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. As per our Terms, jurisdiction for unresolved disputes is Mumbai, Maharashtra.
