Quote Generator — Monthly Subscription

7-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with the Quote Generator, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. After 7 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

Tender Alerts — Monthly Subscription

7-day refund window: Full refund available within 7 days of first payment if the service does not meet your expectations.

Service guarantee: If we fail to deliver tender alerts for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our system failure (not government portal downtime), you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected days.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period.

WPS Generator — Per-Document Purchase

No refund after download: Once a WPS document has been generated and downloaded, no refund will be issued, as the digital product has been delivered.

Error refund: If the generated WPS contains technical errors due to our system (not user input errors), we will regenerate the document at no cost or issue a full refund.
